Can I eat Mayonnaise?
Can I drink cocnut water?
Can I eat American garden’s peanut butter?
Can I use nando’s peri peri sauce?
How can I increase fat in my diet and minimize proteins and carbs?
I live in Pakistan and I don’t get every keto friendly product that easily here.
A beginner with full of confusion
Mayonnaise: yes. But we’re talking real mayo. Not the fake stuff.
Coconut water is probably not appropriate, though you could squeeze it on very low carb days.
American Garden peanut butter has some added sugar. I’d look for one without.
Medium peri peri sauce is 10g per serving. I’d avoid.
I’ll allow others to answer the rest.
I like DR. Berg he explains it in a simple way (for a simple person like me)

Yes, mayonnaise is a great source of fat… BUT… make sure you read the label and ensure it’s made from a GOOD Fat (see link below) and not something like Rapeseed Oil which is a bad fat. Better still, check the recipes section on the forum and make your own and you’ll know exactly what you’re eating.
100g of Coconut water contains 3.7g of total carbohydrate. If you can spare that within your 20g or less per day of carbohydrate then by all means have it. Personally though, I can think of better things to drink which are carb free.
Most bottled sauces from a store will contain some form of sugar (carbohydrate), so best avoided. Try making your own salsa or other hot sauce instead.
To minimise carbs, ensure your carbs are only the incidental carbs from green leafy vegetables. You can live without any other form of carbs.
You don’t need “products” to follow a Ketogenic way of eating. You just need Real Food - Meat (and more importantly its attached Fat), Fish, Eggs, Vegetables etc. I’m sure you can get all of those in Pakistan, the challenge may be learning how to cook them in an interesting and time-effective way which fits into your life, but it is definitely worth it.

It’s not great compared to straight hot sauce (5.6g carbs per serving) but I have no idea what is available in Pakistan. Regular hot sauce is usually 0g. I add butter and spices to make it better/fatter.
And w coconut water…
Theres the sugar as well
Pre KETO…I was just staying away from sugar ( that’s how my WOE started )
Then I ditched the coconut water right away
I could not remember the exact sugar content
It’s been awhile since I had any
So, I was curious once
Yikes
W the sugar content
