Hi,
Started Keto (strict under 20g carbs) 8/4/2018 and so far only lost 6 lbs and 2". my blood ketone levels are 1.8-1.9, my macros are 20g carbs, 81G Protein, and 107g fat. I am very strictly tracking every single thing I eat (using an app and measuring with a kitchen scale) I am not insulin resistant (my morning glucose is under 80) and last time I had blood work my thyroid was good as well.
I want to lose about 20lbs. My current BMI is 24.2 body fat %27.8
I do have more energy and I am not hungry generally.
I just started to do intermittent fasting 16-8 a few days ago to see if that will help.
Does anyone have any advice?
