8 months in and 60 lbs down now

Ok so I’m about 8 months in and 60 lbs down …then one day I get light headed and about pass out…I did have a few drinks the night before and a cup of coffee in the morning …kinda freaked me out…now it seems if I have any alcohol at all I get super dehydrated and feel dizzy the next day…I did get a supplement called Keto Lytes that have sodium and potassium in them but and still feeling draggy any help would be appreaciated

60 lbs! Nice. Yes, cut the alcohol. I lost 40 lbs, no alcohol, now having some wine in evening, dehydrates me overnight and I think it is stalling my weight loss. I need to lose another 15 lbs. So I should take my own advice.

Super congrats on your journey and how well you are doing.

yes I get you love your cocktail at the end of the day but it is a poison to the body and ya felt it big time…now the question is do you cut it back, drink more water with every drink you have, eat very well before drinking or do you take stock of what your body is saying and act accordingly.

It is all up to you of course LOL and how you can keep it in your life or not…so…do your thing. Make it work for you and if you keep getting worse on your party times, then yea ya know and act on that or not?

I mean in the end it is what it is and ‘no amt of ‘fixes’ to party up with our booze’ is that easy on our bodies and no ‘do this’ and you can party on without any troubles… there isn’t a drink this or take this supp that makes it all disappear…so again, figure it out for you. All you can do tho :slight_smile:
