75 Hard

(Andrew Anderson) #1

Keto has done great things for me but the last couple months I fell off the wagon. I decided to start the 75 Hard for a serious reset. Yesterday was my first day. I plan to track some progress here.

See while I hope that works as your structure, that structure killed me. The minute I said ‘I had to do this to be a good and fine person to make me lose lbs and be healthy’ I failed.

I realized all I gotta do is eat clean and well. The minute I put ALL my effort point blank to my food intake then I found exercise came as it was wanted/desired to move and I did, I drink only if thirsty, there is no ‘set amt’ for me, 10 pages of reading? Hmmm, something I love to read or is it all about dieting and the mentality I am forced to accept if my mind doesn’t want it? I don’t know on that one LOL

Eat well…everything of all great and wonderful benefits comes after if we never ‘box ourselves’ as ‘those experts’ or ‘whatever’ in our lives tell us to do.

Once I dropped all the BS dieting/lifestyle changes to excel and more in life I thrived. I found me while eating clean and found simple of life and clean eating fresh food and dropped that baggage of "I had to do’ and made a great life/plan/moving forward path for me.

ok my take on this thread  but in the end we all have to do what we must, find what does suit us, from structured to non-structured and wishing you the best!

Your best solution, just get back on keto, go for the bare basics and give yourself a break and commit again as you needed when ya wanted this and just chill thru it a bit. After we fail we never need ‘some hard punishment rules’ to change us in my belief, we just need to recommit to the basics again and be true in our thoughts doing just that.

Good luck with it, I hope you achieve the result you want. Personally when I tried the gallon of water each day it wasn’t good for me so I went back to just drinking to thirst.
