When the inevitable stall happens, you may begin to question what you’re doing, how you’re doing it.

There are a few tweaks to try once you get there, but just carry on with what you’re doing until your weight settles down for a while.

As I consume less sweetness, I am moving towards Lexington style vinegar based sauces. Naturally low carb, so no need of fake sugar.

Maybe that will grow on me in time. I like vinegar and mustard but not usually as well in this type of application. Guess I’m kinda slow to change so I’ll not say never. :slight_smile:
