MFP must be wrong. The Lupino websites uses the Eurpoean method of reporting net carbs.

For 1/4 cup they report 1 g carb, 11 g fiber, so 12 total carbs, 1 net carb for 1/4 cup.

There is a very easy way to tell if you are hungry or craving. I forget where I first heard this. If you think you are hungry picture some eggs or a steak or other high protein high fat food. If you are genuinely hungry then this food will be appealing. So eat it. If eggs are not appealing then you are not hungry and should not eat
