44 hrs into my 2nd fast

Shooting for 72 hrs. My first Fast was last weekend and lasted 41 hrs. I only ate because I had people over and I was cooking. Broke fast with filet Mignon doused with clarified butter and grilled shrimp with Brussels sprouts. Haven’t gotten hungry yet. Convinced fasting is all mental. I’ve been following the 16/8 schedule for the last 10 weeks but may go to 18 or 20 hr IF daily. Staring weight 254.6, this morning was 210.0.

Great job. Breaking the 200s by Dec 25 would be a great Christmas present to yourself.

Yeah it’ll be close but I think that’s about as low as I want to go. I’m right at 6’1” tall so no lower than 195 I’m thinking.

SImilar stats as to what I’m aiming for really, although I’m a bit taller at 6"8. I was 267 pounds 1st October, 249 pounds 1st November, into the 230s currently, and and want 220 for the end of this year.

All the Doctors BMI charts etc say that 195 is the magic figure to be “normal” but for my height, I think that would leave me looking like a bean pole!
