“Nutrition shakes” are usually a bad idea whether keto or not…
As Stan Efferding (“the world’s strongest bodybuilder”) would say:
Shakes are for fakes, eat a steak!
That being said, I’m not against a low-ingredient or even unflavored whey. The crap they sell in bottles and Herbalife have no business being ingested by humans.
