Want to keep it super stupid simple? Eat only bacon for a while. Like 2-4 weeks. All day. Nothing else. 2lbs of bacon a day should be enough. Eat more if you need. At $4/lb, that’s $8 a day. Cheeep

You are training your body to use fat for fuel instead of sugar (glucose) and if you restrict the amount of food you require for daily function (trying to lose weight) your body will go in starvation mode and reduce the amount of energy it needs. Plus you will not be supplying abundant amount of dietary fat that the body can draw from for the transforming process to adaption. You want high energy requirement and lots of fat consumption for the body to learn how to use for that energy.
