My first post was in August trying to figure out how to keep up with calorie intake, silly me I went through the keto flu but got better pretty fast with suggestions from this forum (need to give credit) messed up once or twice, learned and got on my way. Now I’m learning to IF, eating when I’m actually hungry and not even finishing everything on my plate just because I get a full feeling faster. I also learned that I may need to take it easy on HWC
Because I started to break out a little which happened when I drank milk so I stopped, breakout stopped, but I started to love HWC so i used it in almost everything and breakout started again. I was invited to a dinner party where a huge flan was put in front of me but all I could smell was the vanilla but the flan it self smelled like nothing, I did not have one thought thinking I wanted a piece or how I wanted some, it smelled like nothing, the chicken that was served though I smelled it before it came into the table. I’ve been having really bad flare ups of plantar fasciitis and I’m not sure what to contribute it too, I thought it would
Get better with weight loss but it’s actually gotten worse, I’m trying to figure some things out on my own before I make an appointment with my doctor but if someone here has had something similar and it was due to something they were eating I’m all ears. Overall, I still think this WOE is easier and appropriate for my lifestyle and adding other ways of getting to know the breakdowns of my body and mind, it’s really working out great for me.
3 months, 35lbs less and every week is a new learning experience

My husband has just gone through Physical Therapy for it. Eating too much can cause it, but no individual food causes it. This talks about it pretty well.
