3.0 to 4.4 mmol and havent lost weight in a month

Im have not lost any weight in a month and my ketone levels are pretty high. I tested by blood and i am at a loss on what to do. I am 191 pounds and 5’5" i jog 5 daya a week for 30 minutes and do pushups, situps and the occasional full body weight workout. My stomach is 38 inches and i need to be 34.4 to pass my pt test. I fully committed to keto about a month ago. Oh and i eat around 1400 to 1500 calories a day.

I’m a huge fan of exercise, but too much when you’re still adjusting to Keto can do more harm than good. How long have you been keto?

Higher ketones don’t equal faster weight loss. Can you list a sample day or two’s diet?

Here it is i eat the same breakfast and dinner. Dont have alot of fridge space because i am im a hotel for another two weeks so i kept it simple. Ive been keto on and off foe three months but strict for a month.
