I usually eat under 15 carbs a day - 2 from spinach - 4 from kale - bout 6 from an avocado, thats my usual cards. I have these mints that are menthol and glucose and sucrose liquid.
They’re 2 grams of sugar, would it be alright to have these if I’m still staying under 20grams of carbs?
I usually eat 2 over about an hour period

If they don’t turn you into a raving sugar fiend (that is, cause cravings), two grams should not hurt you.
You need to test them. Two grams seem like nothing. But, some people may respond to it by exciting an insulin response.
I remember seeing a video featuring Dr Westman, and he was describing a hard time one of his patients was having on a low carb diet. The patient said he for sure was not eating over his carb limit. Just as he got up and walked out of the doctors office, Dr Westman heard clicking sound from the patient’s pocket. It was a tiny box of Tic Tacs (tiny mints). The doctor suggested that he stopped eating them, and then the patient was on track losing weight.
Keep in mind this is based on ONE person’s experience. Yours could be totally different. Try and see if you are ok with the mints.

Yeah they are able to round down to 0g carbs for a product that is 0.5g or less per serving. That’s why I like the Australian standards which mandate that food producers must also detail nutrient amounts per 100g.
And that is where you find that tic-tacs are 93.3% sugar.
As others have said, it depends on you. For comparison though, I used to measure my level of ketosis with the ketonix sport (the pre-2015 one) and would find at the end of the day I was frequently at about 4 red which is (or is believed to be) pretty deep in nutritional ketosis (there are charts for people that have compared these levels to blood ketone levels and such, but there can be plenty of debate about what it all really adds up to). In any case, after that I would typically have 2 squares of Lindt 85% chocolate with a tablespoon or two of Peanut butter (often just regular JIF creamy). When I would measure again a while later, I’d be at 2 red. Nothing felt different as far as signs of ketosis either, and that all added up to 6 grams of sugar (I would still be under 20 grams net carbs a day usually). I also continued to loose weight just fine, have better energy, etc.
For some people, it will matter. For others, it will not. You can try it out and see how it effects you.
