Finally made it down into the 240s, now I can quit weighing for a while… lol. I switched it up this week from OMAD to an alternate day fast and got out of the 250s. I lost one pound the morning after the fast (scale said 250 ugh…) and woke up this morning at 248 after a re-feed day. Crazy how the body works. At least now I will quit weighing much until I get down into the low 240s. Anyway, I’m down 25 since starting January 1, and would like to get around 200 eventually. Progress is good for the mind.

Just came off another alternate day fast and dropped another 3 lbs. I had stayed around the 252-255 range for a couple of weeks and after a couple of days of alternate day fasting this week weighed in at 245 this morning. This seems to be better than the OMAD. I didn’t plan on weighing today but decided to step on the scale since I didn’t eat yesterday. Had a big breakfast this morning with eggs, bacon, sausage, and carbquik biscuits and gravy.
