I had struggled with the yo-yo syndrome for 15 years, each time I lost weight from reduced calories, insane work outs, paleo, I still gained it back and more. Not with Keto! As a chef who studied nutrition and a serious foodie, I originally had my doubts, but my first year I lost 150 pounds!! From here I went to maintenance mode and have had no problems. No more diabetic symptoms ( A1c is 4.3) no more high blood pressure 120/75, no more high cholesterol 155. Life is good on Keto. No problems eating at restaurants, nor traveling Europe and Africa, just have to know how Keto works and work it.
