HI -
Has anyone seen or tried Taco Bell’s new naked egg taco? I know it has potatoes in it, but I bet you could sub those out for egg-like mix they have or something else. I think it’s their attempt at low carb, or maybe just trying to be “healthier” than a fried cardboard shell.
Next unrelated question - Halo Top ice cream. I see a lot of folks in the Keto community (on IG) eating Halo Top. Every time I look at the label, it seems too carby for me… How are people incorporating Halo Top in their diets? Just by going low on carbs the rest of the day??

EDIT: and, oh, by the way, this is never going in my mouth… it’s full of crap that I am trying to avoid.
