I am doing well on keto… my macros are in range… keytone levels average 1.8 to 2 and I have had good weight loss. I am 2 mnths in and all of a sudden I am having horrible knee pain. I have not done anything to cause it. I am strict keto. Drink Ketorade to keep the leg cramps away… take magnesium and potassium at night.
Does anyone have a guess why I am experiencing the knee pain?
