16 mile walk on a steak egg butter & hotdog breakfast

Week 3, took a 16 mile walk hike today with energy to spare!
I did a steak in butter, 2 fried eggs, and a sugar free hot dog, no bun, as breakfast.
I got To my best friends house at about 5:30 to brag about it and ended up helping her move 2 queen size beds from one Room to the other with her boyfriend. And I didn’t eat my dinner until 6:30 amazing amazing I’m just so excited to feel so good so soon and this is coming from a Mega ex sugar addict!
