So i decided to do this on July 31 just to try. My first week I was 330 lbs I planned my cheat day to happen once I hit 300 lbs. Then I lost 15 lbs in the first week and moved my cheat day to 289 lbs. I planned my cheat day to be full of candy and carbs it was perfect. But as I got more into the diet I wanted carbs less I no longer want a cheat day. I’m now on very hardcore keto 75/20/5 on a average. I workout twice a day 3 hours at a time and I take in 250 g of fat Daily. I’m now 269 lbs I love this lifestyle. Thanks for all the help along the way. This forum has helped me so much. And I still have a long way to go

I workout at 7 am starting with a hour of cardio then I do heavie isolation power lifting for a hour In a hard then I sauna for the last 30 then I repeat that at 8 pm it’s not alwa us that long but it’s on a average I workout every muscle group twice a week n rest on weekends I love climbing stairs now 100 floors a day
