These last 2 weeks my body has jumped from 262 to 268. I don’t understand how u can gain 4 or 5 pounds over night.
Not to mention I’m in a 2 month stall. I had dropped down to 260 last week thought I was able to break out of it…
I feel bloated but already had my period. I am feeling hungrier here lately. I have carbed up to 35 but still remain in ketosis.
Why am I dancing with this weight? Especially so much in one night.
