11 months in - 2 month stall

These last 2 weeks my body has jumped from 262 to 268. I don’t understand how u can gain 4 or 5 pounds over night.

Not to mention I’m in a 2 month stall. I had dropped down to 260 last week thought I was able to break out of it…

I feel bloated but already had my period. I am feeling hungrier here lately. I have carbed up to 35 but still remain in ketosis.

Why am I dancing with this weight? Especially so much in one night.

More likely to be water… don’t sweat it… will likely all come out again when you get a whoosh…

The biggest one-day swing I’ve experienced is 8 pounds. I discovered an extraordinary recipe for keto ham and creamed cauliflower soup – saaal-TEE! And I ate a-plenty. Poof! Eight pounds up. Sometimes the cause is obvious like this, and sometimes it’s more confounding. But it is what it is. My weight has been plateaued for about a year (having lost 70 pounds down to 194). Every week I examine the facts, approach different strategies, and try to embrace my warrior-weight physique, happy in the knowledge that I haven’t regained. There’s a lot more to the philosophy of “keep calm and keto on” than first meets the eye.
