100th Podcast Episode for the 2KetoDudes - A prescription for success

(Tom Seest) #1

I run a little behind on episodes now, but I was able to listen to this episode while vacationing in Mexico over the last two weeks. As usual, it was another phenomenal podcast episode.

One thing that struck me was the sections where @richard and @carl were discussing the overall reported success of the people that had either lost weight or reversed the progression of their Type 2 diabetes. Maybe they can post the actual stats here for posterity. I looked for them but couldn’t find them. It seems to me that doctors should be prescribing listening to the 2KetoDudes to their Type 2 patients, because the I’m sure these statistics perform favorably when compared to trials for insulin and other standard therapies and treatments. It would be fun to compare these stats to the results from past studies.

I can see the future TV commercials with the tag lines: Doctors prescribe listening to the 2KetoDudes podcast more often than any other standard therapy or drug.

It all goes to show that we never know the impact we are having. What started off as an “accountability podcast” has turned into some great things, and changed lives.

Remember that the small things matter because they can become an avalanche of great things.

Keep up the good work Dudes…

PS: I wrote this up cause @Brenda reminded me that I hadn’t…

Awesome! Reposting on my personal FB wall. Friends, family and acquaintances contact me almost daily telling me how I’ve changed their life by providing information on my Facebook wall.

@NativeKetoMan
Look at this cool post Tom just wrote up. Maybe if you and I bug Tom enough we could get him to post actual numbers and compare them to standard drug therapies for T2DM patients.

Even “Off the Wall” or “On the Wall” comments on Facebook make a difference.

We’re all communicating in different ways.

WOW…Impressive

Oh. I did forget the standard disclaimer. “We’re not doctors.”…We can’t prescribe…

@richard I do not recall a time period for this but I was thinking 1 year? Would this be correct?

It’s a self reported pre-keto and current HbA1c measurement, also a reported weight loss and the time it took.
