after christmas break, back into keto, got a blood meter
seems low? not really cheating. no excessive nuts or berries.
I had 2 low carb bars 1 day, hitting 14gb net carbs total. that temporary got my ketone levels to 0.0 in the AM but it went back to 0.2 later.
when did you see significant keto increase in your blood if you measured?
1 week into keto - blood ketone levels around 0.3

Low carb bars, with sweeteners? You may be best advised to stick to real food without sweeteners.

yes I am totally done with any bars/keto friendly candy, other then erythritol for coffee
those are junk and kick you out of ketosis often times
