1 Month of Keto + Veggies

So I have been on this diet for about a month. I am currently in ketosis. This was was checked with some keto test strips. I also suffer from IBS and have many food allergies. I have been tested for everything and nothing has been found wrong.

My question: my stomach can barely handle veggies. From my research veggies are important to this diet. Can this diet be done with out veggies? I was also told to take some bike salts but they hurt my stomach. I want this diet to heal me through and through, but I am still dealing with a myriad of stomach issues.

Maybe check out the zero carb/carnivore forum… veggies play a small part but aren’t really essential to keto… ducks!
I’m just starting a week or so zero carb experiment to see if I can maintain a weight loss that a 6 day fast entailed. I may continue if it feels right.

Eat your liver and you probably do not need your veggies

Try zero carb for a few weeks. That’s not likely to cause any nutritional deficiencies.
