Getting it hard to stay above 0.5 like today at lunch I was 1.7 and tonight after the gym I tested and was at 0.2.
Tips for staying around 1.7 also what’s the best time of the day to test ?

Ketone levels are generally lower in the morning and higher in the evening all things else being equal. However, it’s also just a number. Unless you have a therapeutic need for high ketone levels, like preventing seizures, the concentration in your blood is not very relevant. As long as it’s above 0.1 you’re in ketosis, and as long as you feel fine and are progressing towards your goals that’s what really matters.

I always get lowest readings after gym because my body has used the ketones for the session.
Don’t stress about it, 0.5 is still a good reading.
