Hey all,
I’ve been doing blood ketone readings throughout different times of the day and they vary from 0.2 to 1.6mmol/L.
However I’ve just done a reading and its 0.0mmol/L . I track my carbs very carefully. I’ve been doing so well since I started the keto diet/intermittent diet last Wednesday.
The only thing I can think of is that I have not been well and seem to have a chesty cough so I yesterday eve and today eve I made a tumeric, fresh lemon and fresh ginger concuction.
Has anyone else had this problem or had a 0.0 reading and then its gone back up?
