Similar to acid flashbacks decades later…?
As for the THC metabolites, could it be said that, similar to cholesterol tests, maybe wait 6 months before expecting a drug test to come back negative?

Yet another NSV! Acid from the 70’s! Keep the Grateful Dead CD’s handy…
I’m not his GF, but i use a simple yoga style saline cleanse. (Google shankha prakshalan). 0.9% salinity water at body temperature (35grams of Salt in a gallon). I make and drink a gallon, one quart at a time, over the course of a half hour. You may only be able to do 2 quarts. Then be home and near a toilet for 5-6 hours as it cleanses your gut out. No products.
It’s hitting the courts already. The “illegal federally” defense is losing traction quickly, leaving employers to fall back on the “safety sensitive position” defense. That will hold for a while, until an actual under the influence test is thoroughly tested and accepted. That is, if there is a valid definition of safety sensitive.
Make sure it’s kept somewhere that mimics body temperature, or you will be completing a second specimen while someone watches.
Actually… there is some evidence behind it. I found this study when another member had a problem possibly related to THC being released into the bloodstream.
Maybe play it safe by eating more fat for a few days before the test, similar to the Feldman protocol for cholesterol.
Yeah, that was my thought too. I think I read somewhere to carb up beforehand to get out of ketosis. Boy, I’d hate to do that.
I think reversing fat flux should suffice, but anything insulinogenic would kill lipolysis, question is for how long? If you’re doing an overnight fast, then effects from a carb meal might be over with the next day - other than reduced ketones.
For those not familiar with Feldman’s work, he describes a 3 day eating regimen…
My son smokes pot recreationally. He’s not a minor and we live in a state where rec use is legal. When he has a drug test for a job we buy him OTC test and cleanse kits and they have always worked for him.
Surely if this is for insurance purposes, maybe you shouldn’t try to falsify a test. Wouldn’t that risk your insurance ?
I’m not trying to falsify it. I was legit trying to get clean. It doesn’t matter now anyway cuz I’ve already had the blood draw.
