A better project fridge. I have one, but it only holds at about 55. Not safe for Dry age and charcuterie.

My list is endless really, but number one is a kitchenaid mixer and a soda stream. We drink a lot of sparkling water and I would love to make it at home. I know my Amazon wish list is filled with many other things, but my boyfriend’s mom gave us an Instant Pot as a housewarming gift. Sous vide would be another and a meat thermometer.

Either a deep fryer or an air fryer…have never owned one, I grew up frying things by hand in cast iron pan.

Any thoughts on deep fryer, air fryer, cast iron?
Should I stick with cast iron : ?
