What dinner meals do you make the most frequently?

I call it meat porridge.
Brown a pound of 73/27 ground beef. Toss in a stick or so of butter and a cup of hwc. Add a generous portion of parmesan from the green canister. Add salt. Mix until the temperature comes back up and everything is emulsified. Enjoy.

Baked Italian Sausage
1/2 rotiserie chicken
6 oz beef or ground beef
6 oz turkey burger (with added fat)
Pork Ribs
Country Ham
Lamb Shoulder
Salmon

I bought some Italian sausage the other day. Tell me how you bake them - temp & time and I’ll try it out tomorrow. :slight_smile:

I buy Hillshire Farms hot mostly which is 5 links, 2 meals, 6 oz each. I bake it at 400 for about 30 minutes. It has the most glorious orange fat, which I often will use when cooking something else… 7 carbs.
