Actually not making me hungry at all thankfully, but doc says they have to be consumed with food. Quite easily done OMAD today so I guess I’m almost fasting

Western winds are blowing and high humidity, which means storms are coming, so last day of warm and sunny weather. We went for a walk, my husband’s swimming, not too shabby for a Sunday afternoon.
