What did you take a photo of on your walk today? PART 2!

(Bacon is a many-splendoured thing) #242

I’m worried our cats might not be getting enough sleep. Do you think 23 hours a day is enough?

(Jane) #243

:laughing:

(Susan) #244

Hahahahaha =).

(Susan) #246

That is so nice! Where did you go to take this picture?

#247

It’s my hometown @Momof5 - on the South East coast of Australia. We spotted several whales near to shore as well but the tourist boats scared them off before I could get a decent picture :frowning_face:

Wow, you are very blessed to live in such a beautiful part of the world and be such beautiful creatures, that is awesome.

(Plus you must have a very lovely accent!).

My 21 and 25 year old daughters spent a month in a little suburb of Brisbane in the summer, and they loved it so much. They stayed in a lovely Air B+B and the lady that owned the house (and lived in it too) was ultra sweet and kind to them, and even served them a lovely dinner the night before they left.

It is a lovely spot - it lacks the amenities of a big city but that’s more than made up for by the environment. I’m glad your girls enjoyed their stay :slightly_smiling_face:

Well thank you - nobody ever says that to Australians :laughing:

I’ve had a thing for Aussies ever since you sent Rick Springfield our way! :grin:

#251

:grin: Indeed!
