@ctviggen, if you experiment with carby foods, I’d suggest chickpeas. At least for me, about 4 tablespoons don’t raise my BG more than 20 points. If you try, would you share your experience and tag me?

This is probably due to people who aren’t hungry on keto and who aren’t eating enough protein and probably overdoing the fat. If you are doing, say OMAD or TMAD, there’s a good chance you aren’t eating to your lean body mass. In that case you would want to add protein.
