What would you recommend getting someone who is doing keto instead of a box of chocolates.
Update, I just found other posts on this

I like occasional 90% cacao lindt bar. My wife doesn’t like such high %, so I got her the salted carmel dark chocolate. Lots of folks of course like flowers, my wife and I both don’t, because they die so quickly. Wow the bacon roses @keto4me posted are awesome!!! I definitely need to look into doing that next year.

Ribeyes are on sale everywhere near me. 2 bone-in steaks makes a heart. And it’s great for your heart.

EDIT: Also I bought 14 pounds of it last night for 90 bucks and saved 65. I’m having ribeye and nothing else breakfast lunch and dinner this week.

I got mine a bunch of jerky. He loves beef jerky.

Also, 90% chocolates or gifts of an inedible nature (watches, jewelry, personalized gifts, etc) are good ideas. Last year I bought him a personalized pocket watch that he loves. The year before, he got a handmade fountain pen.

He’s RIGHT!

Cheesy, I know - but who here doesn’t like cheese? I’d like to say I made myself a heart-shaped pancake, but I didn’t think of it.

I made my sweetie a low carb cheesecake in my instant pot.

Cheesecake! I made one a couple days ago just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Posted about it here: Keto Cheesecake with Pecan Almond Crust

I made a Tiramisu dessert for my sweetie…it’s on a chocolate, cake-like crust instead of having the lady fingers buried inside the fluff. We liked it better…

I made a heart shaped pizza for my husband and had a pork roast with carrots in the slow cooker for me. My will power has become so strong with this new way of eating

Those bacon roses are pretty amazing! My family’s beef jerky company has a curated Jerky Box that features keto-friendly, sugar-free jerky options. We sold quite a few this year to the Keto community and we think it makes for a great gift for your Keto loved ones.
