Undigested food

this is what I had in mind when I opened the thread

What Happens When Food Is Not Digested?

If undigested food particles are too large to pass through the mucosal barrier and into the bloodstream, these particles will putrefy in the intestines, and could be absorbed into the blood. If some of these food particles are large enough to cross into the blood, then because they have not been properly digested, the immune cells attack them. This is where the volatile immune reactions take place: the release of inflammatory mediators such as prostaglandins, histamines and cytokines.

What can result from poorly digested food are food intolerances, autointoxication (severe bowel toxicity), inflammation, fibromyalgia, joint and arthritic pain, skin issues, dermatitis, psoriasis, migraines, foul body odor, IBS, gastritis, colitis, Crohn’s disease and several

other conditions.

Getting the picture? Do you see how important proper digestion is, as well as the importance of enzymes and the various stages of the digestive process? All health begins in the gut. Almost all dis-ease involves the gut.

My n=1 tells me this is true for me. My digestion has always been very slow and I always felt the more travel time through my digestive tract was an opportunity to extract every last calorie and fat from the food, which my body had to deal with. In the case of insulin resistance - probably stored as fat.

I agree

a model of sun rotates around the earth can produce all the necessary calculation of sun rise, sun set and day length and many other useful calculations.

but we know the sun does not orbit the earth.

So this wasn’t a personal question, but a way to generate interest in a topic?

Thanks for wasting my time. I thought I was helping trouble shoot, not providing fodder for something you planned to teach the class.

my apology if I wasted your time.

Anything thats forces us to think outside the box, is seldom a waste of time. My opinion of course. I might gain new evidence to refute or support what I already know. Thats science. Thats why its never settled. A previously undiscovered variable arrives. Can change everything.

it takes a combination of curiosity and guts
