I am 6 weeks in, I tracked at the beginning and just started to track everything again to make sure I am not over doing protein (I was pretty out of touch with how much is in certain foods…), and without tracking I fear I will not sort out why I am not losing any weight (if that continues to be an issue past 8 weeks). I use Carb Manager.

Like a lot of people I track periodically. I’m tracking using Cronometer at the moment and much prefer it to MFP.
