Usually l’m keto below 20g or less but for 2 weeks in Thailand l went to 50g.
No weight gain just drama with immune system.
I’ll see a specialist tmr to discuss taking the tonsils out. I guess l’ll research the keto ice cream recepies :rofl::rofl::rofl:
