Because itโ€™s as tender as warm butter!:yum: I sometimes buy a whole beef tenderloin for $6 lb. and cut it into steaks which I vacuum seal in small bags for sous vide. But I have meat cutting skills from restaurant work. Filet Minon is beef tenderloin.
