To set a realistic expectation, .5-1lb a day isn’t sustainable and that won’t all be fat, but if you can sustain at 30-50g keep doing that. Eating only chicken and ham is no way to live, and I love both of them.

I love tongue! But it’s hard to find in the U.S., these days. I’ve never tried brain, and since the hoof-and-mouth disease problem they had a decade or two ago, it’s been taken off the market here.
