As far as workout sups, There is no better protein supplement as real food (Steak/Eggs).

If its stimulants you are after, Caffeine tabs+ Bronkaid/Primatene (Ephedrine) is as good as it gets legally.

NJMIKE, I had a sweet tooth, too…and still do!!! I have replaced sugar with stevia and erythritol, and make my own lucious desserts from scratch! Cutting the carbs all this week and at first it sucked but now I am noticing that I’m naturally not eating them. Like if I have chicken,brown rice and broccoli: I eat the chicken and broccoli and very little of the rice

That happened to me, too. I started out by eliminating only sugar and sweets, but started feeling so good that cutting back on the bread and grains came quite naturally soon afterward.
