Since starting a low-carb diet, I have discovered almond milk. I like it better than cow’s milk. Give it a try - the unsweetened varieties.

Ya know I bought some months ago before my situation changed and it spoiled before I actually opened it… I have seen many people but and asked them if they liked it… they all did…hence buying it… but to your point I should try it. However I might try dropping all dairy including cheese just for fun… I am in total testing period stage now. Problem is …keto milk and cookies is not the same…YET!
I count the way Dr.Berry describes…our body’s not stupid and real food can be net carbs, everything else (processed foods, ketofied food) is total
I’m histamine intolerant so I cut out all nut flours and milks from my diet so only use coconut products (flour and milk), cheese is an occasional indulgence (i cant eat other dairy,histamine)… my body feels much better this way. The good thing about keto is that we listen to our bodies more and we hear them when they’re yelling at us to put that bothersome food down from our greasy hands
