I think you might be right about the blood sugar though I’ve always eaten more often because I tend to be a touch hypoglycemic so maybe the keto is making me more hypoglycemic than normal. That would describe why I have been forgetting stuff the second I hear it and not hearing people when they talk to me.

You need sooo much salt on Keto. I had the same problem. Put 2 1/2 teaspoons of salt into a baggie or container and make sure you use it all throughout the day. It’s really hard to do but so important.
I am hardcore ketogenic for about 4 weeks and I started IF two days ago and I hate everything now that I am almost ready to go 6PM on a regular Neverland.
I too am a single parent of two and work and this is my second chance at ketogenic diet.
Today was very rough with work.
I started out ok, but I found myself complaining, that’s not me.
I think the most important part in this diet is the ketosis, the process of the body going forward to using fat for fuel and while that happens the body is slowly removing sugar and carbohydrates as it was using for fuel.
The transition to and from for the body while the brain is still expected to function daily as usual can be exhausting.
Try to get extra fluids from seltzer water with lemon.
Definitely get some chewable pepto bismol if you choose hardcore ketogenic. You’re going to need at least 2 before work once a week.
