oh good points about the oils being used…aha…so I buy them from the Mexican corner store…some Mexican guy makes them…I am supposing he fries them in the lard from the pig…so I guess the chicharones are OK… they sure fill me up…I add a little more salt…
In my coffee?
I use a double sized coffee mug, holds about 20 oz. I add a little more than a tablespoon of coconut oil, a tablespoon of butter, and about 1/2 cup of heavy cream. I’ve been careful to measure it out a few times just to know. As low as 500 calories of fat to as much as 1,000 calories of fat. Depends on the day, if I think I might want the extra or not. It doesnt seem to effect my weight at all. My BMR seems to go into overdrive when I add lots of fat, like cranking up the heat. I get hot. When i keep the calories lower, I get cold.
