I plan to continue for life, I know that I can’t eat the way I was, it would just mean an earlier death for me. I am not struggling eating keto, when I start hiking a lot with the dogs, I may add in some berried and eat add a few more cukes or other items, but, I don’t think much fruit will be on my list of things I can eat. I don’t feel like I am missing anything right now, maybe that will change.
So, can I do this forever?

I can’t think of a reason to not at least stay in nutritional ketosis.
Check out Marty Kendell’s episoide with the 2 ketodudes and his web site has a list of foods to keep you in nutritional ketosis, very helpful doc, he also has a list for diabetics and those who are mostly concerned about losing weight in a healthy manner.

Just seconding this. Personally I keep berries in the mix for various reasons, but the high sugar fruits are just not particularly nutritious (or certainly not enough to justify so much sugar…).
