Seem to be regressing. Any ideas would be great

Well done on your weight loss. I agree with the other posters on mixing it up. I think our bodies get used to things very very quickly and it doesn’t like change! My weight loss progress is slow but I have decided to experiment and enjoy the process of trying new things. From listening to the keto dudes podcast I have decided to do a bit more of the feasting/fasting to try to keep my body guessing. It’s worth a shot. At the weekends I’m going to up the carbs to 50g or so and the calories to incorporate some sweet potato/squash then in the week do some random bouts of fasting.
