Well, I ended up eating one Reese’s “ghost” which was only 8 carbs, but then ate more I needed to of cashews to stave off the craving for more. So at the end of the day I probably had 45g of carbs and that’s enough to make me feel gross so I’m going meat and butter only for a few days to fix it. I did get in a good lifting session at the gym right after trick or treaters were done in my neighborhood so hopefully that sugar got used for good and not evil.
