This… You either just drizzle a bit of the gravy to enhance, or if you do eat a meal with plenty, you usually don’t eat loads of it because it is usually filling. … But I would like to have an alternative, and have used Cream Cheese, which seems to work well. - For Mushroom gravy, I simply add Butter and HWC, and let it cook. Had always been an easy way, without using a lot of either.

@Bellyman How much psyllium husk is in the naan ??? Can you give me the recipe anyway. Thanks (:flushed:)

Hi Gillybean, it’s been a while and I’m having a little trouble finding my original paper recipe. But I think it may have been this one…

2TBSP of psyllium husk. Doesn’t sound like a whole lot but was highly, um… effective, at least for me. :wink:

ETA: To be fair, it is quite tasty. And maybe it won’t have quite as dramatic of an effect for everyone. If ya try it, I hope the effects will be more mild for you. :slight_smile:

You might want to rethink cornstarch. I had a soup from a Chinese place, and it caused my blood sugar to go through the roof, I think because it used cornstarch. This was my attempt to eat keto while everyone else had sushi, I had fish (no rice) and the soup. I was shocked. So, I’ve given up on cornstarch.
