Sardines ideas? Any suggestions?

Ive made sardine fritters before. If you have a favorite salmon or crab cake/fritter recipe, just use sardines instead. Then fry em up in some good oil

Sardines are a “go to” lunch for me. Two cans with lot of salt.

I use crown prince brand, they are boneless and skinless, not farmed and cheaper from Morocco in olive oil.

I usually put hot sauce on mine but horseradish gives it a kick and so does wasabi.

sardines are the only meat my kids will eat! I mix theirs with rice and ranch, they gobble it up and ask for more!
