Fat bombs are a good way to go. I also use bone broth as a vehicle, with butter, cream and coconut oil. Make a thermos of that and take it to work to add fat to my lunch(or any other time) if needed. The Fat Fast Cookbook by Carpender is great! Categorizes by fat percentage. Maybe you would feel better about the “foods” in there.
Overcoming struggles
I have the same exact situation in my house. It’s a crazy challenge to cook an amazing meal for the family and watch them eat. So I don’t sit down with them. I’ll just get right to the never ending dishes where I can still converse with everyone but not necessarily watch them eat.
One of my superpowers is that I can deal with any struggle by keeping myself busy or distracted.
Hmmm… Timley. I seem to be struggling with not being satiated after eating at the moment. I used to easily do OMAD, keep to macros and calorie limit. But the last few weeks I have been ovrer eating by 500 cals easy.
Not as much exercise as well. Just need to sort myself out and get back on the schedule I think.
I suspect though it’s excessive protein, not really sure tbh.

One piece of advice I keep seeing is to switch it up. Make sure you get feasting days, like a few at a time, each week. And/or change eating time and/or skip a whole day and fast through. Sadly, it seems our bodies can get used to anything, even omad. It’s the up and down that keeps the body guessing.
Yeah, I manage to do this on occasion, just past few weeks have lapsed.

I had forgotten about the feast and fast idea. Thank you for the reminder! Incidentally, I had a feast day yesterday, and thoroughly enjoyed it! (Not to excess though.) Today has inadvertently turned into a low-intake day due to demands on my time. No clue what the scales say, because I haven’t looked recently. But, I feel good. Clothes fit better. And due to the intake of olives, cheese and butter today…all is well.
Another struggle. The damn scale.
Why do I think I need to weigh myself everyday? It really brings me down if my weight goes up for no apparent reason. Where did this 4 lbs come from? I think I’ve been drinking enough water. My mind goes on and on… I have a love/hate relationship with the scale.
I’m tempted to have my husband hide it from me…
