Ok. Back on Keto and IF for four days post vacation/Easter Week. New scale says I’ve already lost 4 of the 9 pounds I gained on vacation. (200 to 196).
Lost most weight in swollen legs and belly where I was retaining fluid and bloated.
Keeping it to OMAD and safely under 20 TOTAL carbs per day. Mostly carnivore. Aim to begin A 48-60 hour water fast at noon Friday.
No way carbing out is good for you but it solidified my beliefs in Keto/fasting and I believe I’ll be back on track soon to reach my goal of 180. (-75)
