How do we know when we are fat adapted?

Hunger dropped, qty of food I ate naturally reduced, kept forgetting to eat, could easily eat OMAD (One meal a day) without feeling hungry.

Fat adaption is not a On Off process, its a slow process, each cell in the body adapts individually so its more a sliding % from not to adapted.

6 weeks I noticed the qty of food I was eating dropped significantly.

It takes time and everyone is different. Are you tracking your ketone levels? Have you tried using exogenous ketones? At 11 days your body is still very much getting used to the new way of eating. It can take several weeks to be fat adapted so just hang in there and keep charging forward.
