Welcome. Your story is very similar to mine. Your numbers look fine to me. They are within the same ranges I eat and have had success with. My daily macros vary considerably. Some days I am hungrier than others. I did a quick look at my averages during a period in which I lost 30 pounds (Female, 5’-5 3/4”, age 42):

Net carbs: 16g avg (7 low, 26 high)
Fat: 93g avg (58 low, 142 high)
Protein: 75g avg (47 low, 108 high)
Calories: 1229 avg (769 low, 1683 high)

You said you feel like you are doing ok. That’s huge. It allows you to just live and not stress and allow progress over time. Stick with what’s working for you. Reevaluate if it seems to stop for a significant period of time. Best wishes!

You’re doing fine. The human body has no need of carbohydrate in the diet. Any glucose it happens to need, it can make for itself. There is no such thing as a carbohydrate deficiency.
