Really… Only calories I get apart from my lunch is the once in a while cream I put in my coffe around 8am… Then I eat around 11 to 12…
I did intermittent fasting for a few months and I had a 5 hour window… But I kinda gravitated towards one meal so I just transitioned to one meal around 11-12.
So I guess you can say I do a variation of intermittent and OMAD as I do have that cream a few days a week
I have increased my calories I think to be closer to 2000 a day as I have been feeling a little weak…
